The American Stock Exchange's equity options program will also start trading Monday at the same time on the PHLX's options trading floor. The PHLX has offered its trading systems and technological infrastructure to the AMEX. The AMEX is unable to resume trading at its own facility due to the bombing of the World Trade Centers.
