Pelham Investments SA has filed its annual report 2001 with the SWX and satisfactorily demonstrated that it has made the report avail-able to the public.

In view of these facts, the SWX will not proceed with a suspension of trading based on Art. 79 Listing Rules (cf. press release of 12 July 2002).
