On the morning of October 17, the Party and government delegation of Sichuan Province, led by Secretary Peng Qinghua of CPC Sichuan, visited Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE). At the meeting, Secretary of CPC SZSE and Chairman of SZSE Wu Lijun expressed that SZSE and Sichuan Province have constantly deepening their strategic partnerships in recent years. For example, they have driven the implementation of the “Tianfu Plan” special project designed to match with the development needs of Sichuan and built the service platform of “headquarters+western base”, having brought in more sources to the capital market of Sichuan.
Secretary Peng and the delegation visited SZSE Finance Museum and primarily listened to the presentation on SZSE technology, supervision and services to Sichuan. Next, SZSE will earnestly carry out Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the guiding principles of the 19th CPC National Congress, act according to the CSRC deployment, and fully draw on the advantages of the multi-tiered capital market. This will enable SZSE to better support the quality economic development of Sichuan, deepen the services to such national strategies as innovation drive, rural revitalization and coordinated regional development so as to vigorously cultivate new power for great western development.
