A new manual from SIX Swiss Exchange is a practical guide for potential issuers that summarizes all the key information regarding an initial public offering (IPO). The new "IPO Guide Schweiz" (available only in German) was drawn up together with partners with significant experience in the Swiss capital market, such as Zürcher Kantonalbank
, KPMG,Meyerlustenberger Lachenal, Walder Wyss or GIRAS (Swiss Society of Investor Relations Agencies).
To ensure the IPO is a success
The "IPO Guide Schweiz" deals with the entire process of an IPO: the listing requirements, the individual phases and the expectations after the IPO. It also presents two specific case studies. Along the milestones not only future issuers but also other parties involved find out everything there is to know about IPOs.
