| A Historic Year for Innovation Listings |
|
On September 12, the 42nd new Innovation company of the year listed on TSX Venture, surpassing the previous TSX/TSXV record of 41 new Innovation listings in full-year 2016. As at the end of October, a total of 51 new Innovation companies have listed on TSX and TSXV, already up 46% over the 2017 total.

| CPC Program Powers the Canadian Markets |
|
Year-to-date October, 78 new CPCs have listed on TSX Venture, 15% more than total of the past three years combined. Since the inception of the CPC program in 1986, 2,565 CPCs have listed on TSX Venture and 85% of those have completed a qualifying transaction. Former CPCs have raised nearly $51 billion in equity capital on TSX and TSXV in the past 10 years. In the past two months, we have seen three international CPCs list -- two Israeli and one US.
