| Roadshow Taps Israeli Companies TSX and TSXV will join a business delegation to Israel led by the Government of Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne. Our involvement comes amid an increasing level of interest from Israeli companies in a Canadian listing. Recent issuers include: Siyata Mobile Inc. (TSXV: SIM) and Vaxil Bio Ltd. (TSXV: VXL). TSX and TSXV offer a well-regulated platform that reaches investors across North America. Our exchanges can also provide companies at an earlier stage of development with access to equity capital. TSX and TSXV will be represented on the roadshow by Head of Business Development for EMEA Graham Dallas, who will meet with local companies, venture capitalists, law firms and investment banks. We plan to follow up the event with a listing seminar in Tel Aviv in the Fall. |
