The Korea Stock Exchange Enhances Its Electronic Corporate Disclosure System

In a bid to cope with ever-increasing flow and use of corporate information after the introduction of the integrated disclosure and fair disclosure system, the Korea Stock Exchange (KSE) has upgraded the Korea Investors Network for Disclosure (KIND) System, its electronic disclosure system.

The new system has diversified the contents of information, enabling investors to gain a variety of information including disclosure information, stock prices, news, financial data on a real-time basis. At the same time, the KIND system has significantly increased its data processing capacity to help both listed companies provide disclosure information with the KSE in a timely manner and and investors gain an easy access to the system.

The newly upgraded KIND System will be put into operation on June 16, 2003, and available on http://kind.kse.or.kr.
