Foundation assembly of The First OTC Stock Market Corporation was held on the 7th August in Tehran and elected the 7- member board of directors. Securities and Exchange High Council as highest supervisory authority approved to launch the first national over-thecounter(OTC) stock exchange in the Iranian capital market.
Commercial banks, holding companies, financial intermediaries and Tehran Stock Exchange (20 percent) are the major Shareholders of this corporation.
