The Federation of Euro-Asian Capital Markets (FEAS) announces the 41st Annual General Assembly meeting in Yerevan, Armenia, hosted by FEAS Member Armenia Stock Exchange and Central Depository of Armenia, on May 29, 2025.
The one-day event has brought together the executives of the capital markets of the members of the federation from more than 20 countries. During the General Assembly meeting, FEAS Members elected FEAS Chairman, FEAS Vice-Chairman, FEAS Working Committee Chairman, FEAS Working Committee Vice-Chairman, Eleven New Board Members, Three New Audit Committee Members, Audit Committee Chairman and Vice-Chairman.

FEAS New Vice-Chairman is Mr. Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi, Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange
FEAS New Working Committee Chairman is Mr. Mahmoud Goudarzi, Tehran Securities Exchange
FEAS New Working Committee Vice-Chairman is Mr. Yianos Kontopoulus, Athens Stock Exchange
FEAS Audit Committee members are:

FEAS Audit Committee New Chairman is Mrs. Ani Makaryan, CEO of Central Depository of Armenia,
FEAS Audit Committee New Vice-Chairman is Mr. Ivan Steriev, CEO of Macedonian Stock Exchange.
Mr. Radu Hanga, FEAS Newly Elected Chairman said: "It’s a great honor to be elected as FEAS Chairman and I thank our colleagues for their confidence votes. Dr. Konstantin Saroyan, FEAS Secretary General said: “I would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our outgoing Board Members and Audit Committee Members for their outstanding contributions to shaping and strengthening FEAS into the organization it is today.”
