The Egyptian Exchange named its training Hall after the name of the late Dr. Ahmed Saad, one of the most esteemed capital market figures in Egypt, in honor of his memory and in recognition of his valuable journey that left its impact on the Egyptian capital market. The family of the deceased attended the ceremony in the presence of EGX’s board members, market participants and EGX management.
Dr. Mohamed Farid, Executive chairman of EGX, said that Dr. Ahmed Saad, was one of the pioneers of the Egyptian capital market. Adding that he participated in the development of the Egyptian Capital Market pillars and developing the legislative and regulatory side as well as trading mechanisms, cannot be denied by anyone in the Egyptian Capital market and financial sector in general.
All participants prayed for the deceased and shared their condolences with his family.
