The Board of Directors Of The Mexican Stock Exchange ("BMV") Appoints José Oriol Bosch Par As Chief Executive Officer

Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V., (BMV) today reports that its Board of Directors has appointed José Oriol Bosch Par as Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective January 1, 2015. 

Mr. José Oriol Bosch Par holds a Degree in Management and Finance from the Universidad Panamericana.  He has solid experience of more than 27 years in the financial and banking sector, holding upper management positions both in Mexico and the United States of America.
