The BISYS Group, Inc.'s Inclusion To The Nasdaq Financial-100 Index Is Changed To October 3, 2000.

The BISYS Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: BSYS), of Little Falls, New Jersey, will become a component of the Nasdaq Financial-100 Index®, effective at the beginning of trading Tuesday, October 3, 2000, instead of today as previously announced. BISYS will replace The Pioneer Group, Inc., which is being acquired.
