TSE’s broad index grew 6.29% in the working week ended 15 October.
TEDPIX, TSE’s broad index elevated 4305 units and mounted to 72766 at the end of the week.
TSE’s First Market and Second Market indices also raised respectively 5.41% and 8.17% comparing one week earlier.
During the four working days of the week ended 15th October 2013, the Exchange’s total trading equities and rights turnover grew less than 1% to the total IRR 23.54 trillion*. In the period, nearly 4.2 billion shares were traded in 391635 transactions, which respectively diminished 8.6% and 6.5% than its preceding week.
Total number of 76572 participation bonds at the value of IRR 77 billion was traded at TSE in the week which is 54% less than the prior week.
TSE was closed due to a public holiday on Wednesday October 16.
