Tehran Stock Exchange Weekly Digest - 20 November

TSE’s broad index gained 1.94% in the week ended 20 November.

TEDPIX, TSE’s broad index escalated 1491 points and stood at 78424 at the end of the previous working week.

TSE’s First Market and Second Market indices also gained 1530 and 759 units, respectively to grow 2.72% and 0.39% comparing one week earlier.

During the five working days of the week ended 20^th November 2013, the Exchange’s total trading equities and rights turnover grew 36% and amounted to IRR 19.5 trillion*. In the period, nearly 4.3 billion shares were traded in 500699 transactions, which respectively increased 39% and 30% than its preceding week.

Total number of 291530 participation bonds at the value of IRR 292 billion was traded at TSE in the week which is 95% more than the prior week.
