Tehran Stock Exchange Trading/Turnover - November 1998

In November, the total volume of trading decreased by 9.75 per cent compared to October and amounted to 35.83 million shares and rights. Total turnover reached IRR 114.95 billion and showed an increase of 9.65 per cent. The All Share Price Index (TEPIX) stood at 1,566.63 points at the beginning of the month and closed at 1,560.03 points at the end, showing a decrease of 0.41 per cent compared to the end of October. Market capitalisation of listed companies stood at IRR26,118.20 billion on November 30, 1998, representing a 0.31 percent decrease compared to the end of October.
