Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE)’s Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year ended 20th March 2013 will be held on Tuesday 11th June at 15:00 local time, stated Mr. Habib Reza Haddadi, TSE’s financial director.
The venue will be the Research Institute of Niroo, located in Poonak Boulevard, western Tehran.
The shareholders or their legal representatives and proxies have been invited to attend the AGM. Participants’ passes will be delivered on the date at 14:00 in the venue.
A presentation of TSE’s Board report and the auditor’s, as well as the legal inspector’s reports is the agenda for the AGM’s first session. Afterward, the financial statements will be reviewed for being approved. Also, the meeting will decide about dividend payments.
In the second session, an extraordinary General Assembly will be held for deciding about the company’s 50 percent capital increase from the current IRR 300 billion to IRR 450 billion.
