Lotus Investment Bank was listed at Tehran Stock Exchange.
On Wednesday 23 January 2019 Lotus Investment Bank (LIB) floated 500 million equity shares (10% of total outstanding shares) at TSE. The offering was accomplished via book-building method, and each share’s price was discovered and traded at IRR 2,050.
The new listing makes total number of listed companies as 324.
LIB was established in 2012 to provide financing, investment advisory and asset management services to the local market participants.
