In order to handle securities registration, stock ticker admission, initial public offering, symbols opening and underwriting of any types of securities, 29 listing committees were held in Tehran Stock Exchange in the last Iranian year (fiscal year ended on March 20, 2023).
Totally, 13 admission applications were reviewed by the listing committee members, and 11 were approved.
Six companies were IPOed or their symbol opened, two of which belong to cement industry.
A total of 55 licenses were issued for various types of debt securities (21 GAM certificates, 25 Islamic participant bonds, and 9 extensions of the deadline for issuing bonds).
The total value of listed participation bonds reached about IRR 111 trillion (21% of annual increase).
The total value of listed debt securities (Murabahah and Ijarah) reached IRR 315 trillion (200% of annual increase).
During one year period, Tehran Stock Exchange managed registration and underwriting of 12 ETFs in total amount of IRR 40 trillion (82% of annual increase).
