At the end of the Persian calendar year (20 March 2017), TSE’s broad index closed at 77230, around 3.7% lower than the end of one year earlier.
During the year, total amount of 256.8 billion shares at the value of IRR 638.5 trillion were traded in Tehran Stock Exchange, indicating 13.7% and 12.6% rise than a former year.
In the period, more than 15.7 million trades were made in 242 working days.
All securities trading value gained during the period than a year earlier, naming ETFs (451%), derivatives (408%) and debt instruments (8%).
