Tehran Stock Exchange Corporation invites the company's shareholders to its annual general assembly meeting, which will be held in Farhang Hall, Tehran at 2:00 pm on Tuesday April, 28th 2009.
The meeting agenda- Hearing the board of directors' and the independent auditor's reports on the company's performance and its financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 20th 2009.
- Discussing and approving the company's balance sheet and financial statements.
- Deciding over the suggestions for the payment of cash dividends.
- Appointing the independent auditor for the current fiscal year and determining their fees.
- Other cases that are in the command of the GA meeting.
The registered shareholders are requested to receive their entrance permit from Tehran Stock Exchange (9th floor) during the working hours on 26th and 27th April 2009 to attend the event.
