- Execution Process: The listing of a Project Company on the TSE involves three core entities:
- A technical engineering consultant (preparing the feasibility report)

- A business advisor (preparing the business plan)
- Approval: After the documentation is completed, the Project is reviewed by the Exchange’s admission board. If approved, it proceeds to the Securities and Exchange Organization (SEO) for final authorization and public offering.
