With the approval of a 32% capital increase in the extraordinary meeting: Tehran Securities Exchange capital raised to IRR 24,000 billion.
Tehran Securities Exchange held its extraordinary general assembly on 27 November 2024 in which the capital increase was approved for 32%.
According to the program presented by Tehran Securities Exchange, the amount raised from IRR 18,200 billion to IRR 24,000 billion, of which IRR 4,300 billion was supplied by the retained earnings and IRR 1,500 billion by the contingent reserves.
