TDC DC Shares And IWF Changes In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices effective after the close of trading Tuesday, July 19, 2005:
  • TDC DC (Denmark, SEDOL: 5698790, GICS: Telecommunication Services, GICS Code: 50101020), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices, shares will change to 198,375,177 and Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.805 to 1.00. This is due to cancellation of the company’s treasury shares and the sale of their entire holding by SBC.
