TB Wood's Corporation Moves From The NYSE To The NASDAQ

The New York Stock Exchange announced today that TB Wood's Corporation (the "Company")-- ticker symbol TBW-- will move the listing of its common stock to NASDAQ on February 21, 2001, as the Company does not presently meet the NYSE's market capitalization and stockholders' equity continued listing criteria and chose not to submit a quantified business plan evidencing compliance. The NYSE will continue to trade the Company's stock until that date. The NYSE will then make the appropriate filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission pending the completion of its applicable procedures, as the Company will not challenge this determination.
