On account of the take over of Koninklijke Emballage Industrie Van Leer N.V. by Huhtamaki Oyi, Koninklijke Emballage Industrie Van Leer N.V. will be removed from the Amsterdam Midkap index as soon as possible after the bid has gone unconditional. If it is announced during regular trading hours that the bid has gone unconditional, Koninklijke Emballage Industrie Van Leer N.V. will be removed from the Amsterdam Midkap index as of the following day, or otherwise on the day thereafter. Koninklijke Emballage Industrie Van Leer N.V.’s weighting will be divided pro rata among the 22 remaining stocks. A separate notice will be issued on the changes to be made to the weighting factors in the Amsterdam Midkap index.
