The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) and The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) are keen to involve all concerned and interested parties to participate and share their observations on the regulatory frameworks for its markets. This been said, Tadawul and Edaa announce publishing the amended drafts of the Short Selling Regulations and the amended Securities Borrowing and Lending Regulations for public consultation, which can be viewed through the following links:
