Recently, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (“SZSE”) held a series of customized training courses related to the market hotspots such as stock pledge, risk prevention and control, and disclosure of changes in equity. Customized training is a special service project carried out by SZSE on the basis of fully understanding the needs of listed companies. The training follows the market hotspots and focuses on practical operation, aiming to provide more convenient, effective and inclusive public welfare training services for the market.
Since 2018, SZSE has successfully held 8 customized training courses including comprehensive utilization of capital market instruments, information disclosure and standard operation, and stock pledge risk prevention and control, covering 412 listed companies and 643 person-times, receiving positive response and participation of listed companies, and winning wide acclaim and recognition of the market. According to the online hot registration status of listed companies, SZSE chooses the short-term training within one day, which fully reflects the special service mode of customized enterprise demand, full site utilization and high-efficient training. Next month, SZSE will continue to launch a series of innovative training courses on new income standards and financial product measurement.
Related officer of SZSE pointed out that SZSE, in recent years, has adhered to the concept of “market first and service oriented”, launched a series of innovative services such as customized training, established a communication platform for various entities in the market and made great efforts to create the “Home of Growth Enterprises”. In the future, SZSE will further improve the training and cultivation service system, focus on the development needs of enterprises from the pre-IPO restructuring to post-IPO mergers and acquisitions, equity incentives, refinancing and so on, and actively gather all parties in the market to create a full-chain training service project, so as to help enterprises to take advantage of the capital market to gain standardized development and to be better and stronger.
