Sydney Futures Exchange to vote on merger with the Australian Stock Exchange

Members of the Sydney Futures Exchange (SFE) are expected to vote on merging with the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) by the end of June. The two exchanges would have to have the equivalent of a prospectus on the merger ready before it could be put to a vote among the SFE's three groups of members.
