Mr Davey has an MA from Oxford University and is a chartered accountant. The bulk of his career has been with Ernst & Young, firstly as an Audit manager and later as a Corporate Finance practice partner. For the past seven years, he was the CFO of the property arm of Schroders Australia until its recent sale to AMP Asset Management. Mr Davey begins at SFE on Monday, 23 April 2001.
Mr Johnston joins SFE following eight years as a marketing executive, including as Director of Marketing for Asia, at Telerate/Bridge Information Systems. He has prime responsibility for shaping, positioning and promoting the SFE brand, product and service offerings to its customers. Mr Johnston has an MBA from the University of Edinburgh and commenced in his newly created position on Monday, 2 April 2001.
