SWX: Temenos Group Ltd: No Violation Of Ad Hoc Publicity-Rules

On the basis of the preliminary examination that has been conducted in connection with the 3 October 2001 publication by Temenos Group AG of its revised earnings and revenue estimates that was suspected to have resulted in a potential violation of Art. 72 LR (ad hoc publicity), SWX has determined that, prior to the publication, no infor-mation pertaining to the aforementioned estimates was leaked to the market. There-fore, based on SWX's current knowledge of the facts, equal treatment of all market participants remained intact. Consequently, SWX has concluded that no grounds exist that would warrant the initiation of a formal investigation of the company, and this matter will not be pursued further.
