Today, the shares of Partners Group, a Swiss asset manager, were traded in the main market of the SWX Swiss Exchange for the first time. The issue price was set yesterday, Thursday, at CHF 63 and thus in the upper range of the previously determined pricing corridor of CHF 56 to CHF 67. The opening price on the SWX Swiss Exchange today stood at CHF 79.95, which corresponds to a market capitalisation of CHF 2,134.7 million. Partners Group is included in both the SPI® and the SPI EXTRA®. According to the listing prospectus, of the 26,700,000 registered shares entered in the Commercial Register, 8,010,000 or 30 % of all outstanding shares were placed with the public. If the option for an additional 801,000 shares is chosen (over-allotment option), the free float may reach 33 %.
