SWX Swiss Exchange: Switch Of Perutil S.A. To Another Segment

In accordance with Art. 3 of the Additional Rules for the Listing of investment companies (http://www.swx.com/admission/03_kri_e.pdf), the Admission Board of the SWX Swiss Exchange has decided that Perutil S.A. should be listed on another segment, since this company meets the criteria for an investment company. Perutil S.A. will be listed on the segment for investment companies starting 1 July 2003. It will be delisted on the SWX Local Caps on 30 June 2003.
