On 9 May 2003, the Admission Board SWX Swiss Exchange initiated a solicitation of comment on the proposed rules regarding the obligation to disclose management transactions. The period of solicitation of comment was originally scheduled to last until 20 June 2003. In reaction to various feedback, the period of solicitation of comment will be extended by ten days to 30 June 2003.
