SWX Swiss Exchange Management Transactions: Investigation Opened Against Société Bancaire Privée S.A.

The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against Société Bancaire Privée S.A. on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions). The preliminary enquiries conducted by the SWX found that Art. 74a of the Listing Rules may have been infringed with regard to compliance with reporting deadlines. Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. The SWX will announce its findings, although no information will be provided while the proceedings are ongoing.
