SWX Swiss Exchange Management Transactions: Investigation Opened Against Clariant AG

The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against Clariant AG on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions).
