SWX Swiss Exchange: Management Transactions - Investigation Opened Against Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA

The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions) and of Art. 4 Listing Rules (Duty of the issuer to provide information and to cooperate). The preliminary enquiries conducted by the SWX found that Art. 74a of the Listing Rules may have been infringed with regard to compliance with reporting deadlines. Moreover, during the preliminary enquiries, Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA may have violated Art. 4 of the Listing Rules. Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. The SWX Swiss Exchange will announce its findings, although no information will be provided while the proceedings are ongoing.
