SWX Swiss Exchange: Arpida Ltd (ARPN, ISIN: CH0021218067) Opens At CHF 16.75

Today, the shares of Arpida Ltd, a Swiss biopharmaceutical company, were traded in the main segment of the SWX Swiss Exchange for the first time. Yesterday, i.e. on Tuesday evening, an issue price of CHF 18 was determined. The opening price on the SWX was CHF 16.75. This corresponds to a market capitalisation of CHF 274 million. According to the listing prospectus, of the 16,371,959 registered shares entered in the Commercial Register, 5,400,000 or about 33 % of all outstanding shares were placed with the public. If the option for an additional 810,000 shares is chosen (over-allotment option), the free float may rise to 36.1 %. 5,400,000 of the placed shares proceed from a capital increase connected with the IPO.
