SWX Swiss Exchange Ad Hoc Publicity: Formal Investigation Against Perrot Duval Holding S.A.

SWX Swiss Exchange has initiated a formal investigation against Perrot Duval Holding S.A. regarding a possible violation of Art. 72 of the Listing Rules (ad hoc publicity).
