SWX Swiss Exchange: Ad Hoc Publicity: Formal Investigation Against Graubündner Kantonalbank

SWX Swiss Exchange has initiated a formal investigation against Graubündner Kantonalbank regarding a possible violation of Art. 72 of the Listing Rules (ad hoc publicity).
