SWX: Sanction against Habsburg Holdings Ltd - Threat Of Suspension Or Delisting

The Disciplinary Commission of the SWX Swiss Exchange has fined Habsburg Holdings Ltd. CHF 15,000 for repeatedly failing to comply on time with reporting obligations in respect to the submission of various documents pertaining to the General Meeting of Shareholders and for failing to pay the annual charge for maintaining the listing of securities for 2000 and 2001.

If the outstanding payments are not made by 31 October 2002, the SWX Swiss Exchange will suspend trading in securities of Habsburg Holdings Ltd. from 1 November 2002 until payment is made. If payment is not made by 31 December 2002, trading will be reopened from 3 January 2003 till 16 January 2003. Subsequently, Habsburg Holding Ltd will be delisted.
