On 23 October 2000, the SWX Admission Board published the new Additional Rules for Listing in the SWX Local Caps Segment. Among other things, these regulations prescribe semi-annual financial reporting in accordance with FER, IAS or US-GAAP accounting principles. SWX has requested the companies involved to indicate whether they wish to remain listed in this particular segment.
