SWX: Disclosure In 2001 Annual Report Of Schweiter Technologies AG

The SWX Swiss Exchange (SWX) has determined that Schweiter Technologies AG breached its obligations under Arts. 4, 66 and 70 of the Listing Rules (LR) by having failed to disclose in its annual financial statements for the 2001 financial year segment reporting as per IAS 14, related-party transactions as per IAS 24 and information in respect to an impairment of goodwill attributable to its Ismeca subsidiary as per IAS 36. As a consequence, SWX has issued a reprimand. At the same time the SWX has recognized that Schweiter Technologies AG did publish in its 2002 annual report the required prior-year information.
