Swiss Life Holding IWF Change In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices, effective after the close of trading on Monday 16th January 2006:
  • Swiss Life Holding (Switzerland, SEDOL: 7437805, GICS: Financials), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P Euro Plus indices, Investable Weight Factor will change to 1. This is following the sale of the entire stake held by Fondiaria-SAI SPA and the reduction of the company’s holding of treasury shares to below 5%.
