Two additional companies, Nordea Bank AB and Nordea Investment Management AB, are receiving remarks for deficiencies in their bonus structures. They are also receiving administrative fines of SEK 3 million.
Nordea Bank and Nordea Investment Management have demonstrated deficiencies in their bonus structures. The companies have not deferred parts of their variable remuneration to risk-takers as required by the regulations.
Both Nordea Bank and Nordea Investment Management are being issued a remark and must pay an administrative fine of SEK 3 million.
This represents the second round of interventions by FI following the survey of the financial institutions' bonus structures that was conducted in the spring. In June 2011, four companies received remarks and administrative fines during the first round.
