Sugar Contract Posts Yet Another Record At NYBOT

The Sugar No. 11 futures contract at the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) reached another new open interest record of 265,952 contracts on January 29, 2003, supplanting the previous high of 263,560 contracts set on January 27, 2003. NYBOT's World Sugar contract has set eight open interest records over the last two months.

NYBOT's Sugar No. 11 futures contract trades from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (NY Time), and has five delivery months including January, March, May, July and October. The Sugar No. 11 ticker symbol is SB.
