Sugar Continues Streak At NYBOT

The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today that its Sugar No. 11 futures contract broke another open interest record when 274,068 contracts were traded on February 4, 2003. The previous World sugar record was 273,716 contracts established on February 3, 2003.

The Sugar No. 11 futures contract trades from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (NY Time), and has five delivery months including January, March, May, July and October. The ticker symbol is SB.
