Alternext, the Euronext market dedicated to small and medium-size companies, this week welcomed two new companies, Vergnet and Homair, whose successful listings raised the largest amounts for any since the market's launch.
Vergnet placed 2.45 million shares for a total of €33.95 million. On the basis of the admission price, its market capitalization stands at €86 million.
Homair placed 6.33 million shares for a total of €32.31 million. On the basis of the admission price, its market capitalization stands at €65 million.
Last week, Demos was listed on Alternext, raising €20.53 million. The company’s market capitalization totals €75 million. Since the beginning of the year Alternext has welcomed 22 new listings, raising a total of €274 million. Today it counts 96 listed companies from all sectors of the economy, with total market capitalization amounting to €5 billion.
Vergnet designs, manufactures, markets and installs innovative equipment for wind-power generation and drinking water supply.
Homair is the French leader for mobile-home holiday rentals.
Demos is France’s second-largest private-sector provider of professional training.
