Successful Listing Of SES GLOBAL On Euronext

SES GLOBAL began trading today on the Premier Marché of Euronext Paris, in the form of FDRs1.

The price at the close of trading set the company’s market capitalization at EUR 3.5 billion.

The operation represented an amount of EUR 507 million, the largest single offering at listing by a non-domestic share2 in the history of Euronext.

SES GLOBAL is the world's premier satellite operator, wholly owns two market-leading satellite operators, SES ASTRA in Europe, and SES AMERICOM in the US. The company also holds strategic participations in AsiaSat in Asia, Star One and Nahuelsat in Latin America, and NSAB in Europe.
