Today, REN – Redes Energéticas Nacionais, SGPS, SA was successfully listed on Euronext Lisbon.
The company placed 128,160,000 shares to raise a total of EUR 323.6 million. The global placement was oversubscribed 100 times.
On the basis of today’s first traded price of EUR 3.35, which was 22% higher than the reference price, the market capitalization of REN stands at EUR 1.8 billion.
REN is the 83rd company to be listed on Euronext markets in 2007. Since the beginning of the year, placements on all Euronext markets now total EUR 4.5 billion and have added EUR 50 billion to total market capitalization.
