Successful Listing Of Devgen On Euronext

Devgen today celebrated a successful listing on the regulated market Eurolist by Euronext Brussels.

The IPO consisted of a total of 13,863,420 shares, with EUR 30 million raised. Based on the offer price set for the opening – EUR 7.5 per share –, the market capitalisation of Devgen reached EUR 104 million.

Devgen is Euronext’s 17th listing in 2005 and the 4th listing on Euronext Brussels where it is also the 2nd biotech company. Since January, new listings on Euronext markets represented an additional EUR 9.2 billion in market capitalisation, with EUR 2.1 billion raised.

Devgen is a biotechnology company focused on developing and commercializing a novel generation of biotech and chemical solutions for crop protection and novel therapeutic concepts and preclinical drug candidates for treatment of diabetes, obesity, arrhythmia.
